Information for Poster Presenters

All posters should be set up in Smart Hall at the Aspen Center for Physics. You should use all available surfaces there, including walls, blackboards, and windows, both inside offices and alcoves and in the corridors and lobby areas. Space is very tight, so please use all available space and do not leave any significant gap between adjacent posters.

Use only the special poster tape provided at the Center to mount your poster (NO push-pins, NO regular tape, etc.).

Posters may be set up any time after 2:00 PM on Sunday, Feb 6th, and should be removed by Saturday morning, Feb 12th.

Each poster should be set up in one of 6 general areas according to the following main scientific themes

  1. Planet Formation and Disk Theory
  2. Searches (RV, Transit, Direct)
  3. Observations of Disks
  4. Brown Dwarfs and Stars
  5. Planet Atmospheres / Characterization
  6. Planetary System Dynamics
Follow the signs posted in Smart Hall indicating where each area is located.
