Saarah Hall is an astronomy PhD student working in Prof. Adam Miller’s group, and is also a member of the Zwicky Transient Facility (ZTF) collaboration. She is working closely with the Spectral Energy Distribution Machine at Kitt Peak (SEDMv2, SEDM-KP), a robotic instrument designed for transient classification. In its commissioning phase, Saarah is developing software to reduce, analyze and calibrate SEDMv2 photometry data. She is largely interested in working with astronomical images, software, and potentially Supernova cosmology.
