Dr. Xu was a CIERA Postdoc from 2023 to 2026.
Following his time at CIERA, Dr. Xu became Assistant Professor at Zhejiang University
Xinfeng Xu is mainly interested in studying small and large scale galactic winds through multi-wavelength observations. These winds are responsible for the feedback effects and are important part of the baryon cycle. He also participate studies of cosmic reionization caused by low-mass, compact galaxies. Among these researches, Xinfeng utilizes famous ground and space telescopes, including Keck, Gemini, MMT, HST, and JWST.
