James Johnson is a postdoctoral researcher interested in the origin of the chemical elements and the formation and evolution of galaxies. As a theorist, most of his work involves building computer models of galaxies, including our own Milky Way. In collaboration with Prof. Adam Miller, he also oversees the day-to-day operations of the LSSTC Data Science Fellowship Program.
