Carrasco, John Joseph
Associate Professor
Tech F423
Professor Carrasco is a theorist with broad interests in fundamental physics, from prediction-oriented understanding of quantum field theories, including perturbative quantum gravity, to open phenomenological questions in precision cosmology and gravitational wave science.
The goal is deep physical insight, with a joy in developing and leveraging — for mutual benefit — domain expertise in scattering amplitudes, relativity, particle physics, string theory, and cosmology.
