Fulya Kıroğlu is a Postdoctoral Fellow at CIERA. Her research focuses on high-energy astrophysical phenomena, with particular emphasis on the hydrodynamics of stellar mergers, tidal disruption events, and the formation of gravitational-wave sources. She performs hydrodynamic simulations to investigate accretion processes and emission mechanisms in black hole–star interactions, aiming to connect theoretical models to upcoming discoveries from LSST and the Roman Space Telescope.
